- Made with all certified organic and certified fair trade oils.
- Crafted from 72% certified Fair Trade and Organic oils by our women-owned cooperatives.
- Our own olive oil (80%) is blended with organic and fair trade coconut oil from Sri Lanka (20%).
- Cut by hand–following a tradition passed down since the 7th Century.
- Available in the authentic traditional (non-scented), Mint, Lavendar, and Bergamot flavors.

WILD FLOWER HONEY
- From the wild growing flowers on the mountains surrounding the Sanour Plains and the Al Arqa Valley west of Jenin in Palestine.
- The variety of flowers gives a complex, rich flavor.
- Raw, unrefined, unprocessed, pure honey with a thick, grainy, straight-from-the-honeycomb quality.
- Our local bees do not produce in abundance but their honey is so full of flavor, it is known as Assal Muluki - Royal Honey - in Palestine.
- Our honey is part of a history of wholesome honey production in the Holy Land - the Land of Milk and Honey.
- Available in 230g jars
